This is a business where I travel to you, I always try to ensure safety. I work mostly off of referrals, if you have not been referred to me by a previous client or office I may ask for ID or social media for reference of person. All information is always kept private and secure.
Any and all SOAP notes taken retaining to client health and treatment are always kept private and secure and follow HIPAA guidelines.
